The Middlebury College men's basketball team saw its season come to an end with a 78-64 loss at Colby. The Panthers finish the season at 12-12 overall.
Colby led by as many as 10 in the first half before an 8-0 Middlebury run cut the lead to 23-21 with 6:10 remaining. The Panthers tied the game before a Mule spurt gave them a 34-30 lead at the half.
Colby slowly increased its lead in the second half, leading by as many as 16 before Middlebury cut the lead to 10 with 4:52 left to play. That would be as close as they'd come as the Mules pulled away for the 76-64 win.
